It’s deeply saddening that Gregory was taken so early and denied a long fulfilling life. However I think for the few years I knew him he made more than most of the time he had to develop his career, meet and marry a loving partner and champion the fight for equality and remove discrimination and fear within the catering and hospitality world and beyond.
