Julie was a special friend ever since we were at school together. When we were 13, it was she that invited me to church for the 1st time, leading me to understanding the Good News of Jesus and choosing to follow Him. It was she who always blessed me with her combination of warmth, wisdom, kindness, love and fun. I will treasure my memories of her, my visits to her home, the food, the walks, the deep sharing and laughter. Julie was a shining jewel. Thank God that we will see her again in eternity.
