I was recruited by Fleur and had an opportunity to be part of her team for two months before she suddenly one day told me she is resigning (which it self was a big shock to me coz I was learning alot from her as a leader) .
Fleur is a beloved DE&I leader who brought an abundance of warmth, laughter, passion, and a remarkable sense of inclusion into my life in just two short months I worked with her. Her dedication and love for her family and friends illuminated via each conversation we shared.
