Dearest Francis
It was with a heavy heart I received the news of your passing. You were such a gentle soul and a kind person who always encouraged me during my days as a HCA on The Tarn. It feels like the world shook the day you left us. Over a week on and it still does not seem real. You will remain in the hearts and minds of many.
