Dear Fiona and family,
It is with great sadness and shock to learn of Graeme’s passing away. He was a brilliant man, a loyal friend and 100% committed in whatever he took on. I have known and worked with Graeme over the last 15 years and over this time he was also been a coach, providing rational and guidence when needed. We regularly spoke on the phone right up until the last couple of months – hence my shock at the news.
We have spent many days and nights at meetings, enjoying spirited debate and discussion. We also both enjoyed cycling. I have a fond memory of the year we both were in the Scottish Etape and the misshaps Graeme had, but was able to overcome!
Please accept my sincere and heart felt condolences on your and the families loss. But Graeme’s life was a good one. He really did make a difference and what he did really did count! This should be celibrated.
