Dear Michaela, we are devastated that you are gone so early, and that we will never see you again or hear your infectious laugh. Everywhere we turn, there are gifts from you – the cards from your travels (so that the children learn their capitals!), the stuffed toys, the books, the kite, my favorite cup, and my bookmarks. We miss you terribly, and the world is a lesser place without you.
