Dear Michaela,
How happy I was when I learnt that you were going to join me in Beijing – such luck to have a good friend share a far-away adventure. And we shared – through long walks in search of the authentic Chinese tea houses, visits to museums and art galleries or more mundate catch-ups over lunch in the local canteen at the bottom of our office building. I will miss your warmth, your generosity and honesty and our good times together.
