Christie and family. My sincere condolences to you all on the loss of dear Tim. Christie, your Dad and I were friends during our young teenage years hanging out in the Keston area with a group of friends, mostly from Hayes School. Although your Dad and I were only in occasional contact since, I will never forget the incredibly smart, honest and devilish man that your Dad was. His smile and laughter were infectious. We enjoyed so much fun as teens, when I think of your Dad I can’t resist a very wide smile, especially from the days dancing in the living room on Lakes Road to Ian Dury’s song Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick, …. your Dad loved it! I hope that hearing some of the memories we have all experienced of your dear Dad (Timmy) will build a picture outside of the Dad you knew, and know that he was a father first who loved you deeply.
