It is incredibly difficult to put into words the impact of someone so extraordinary, yet so wonderfully down-to-earth. Richard was a truly exceptional person – incredibly smart, insightful, inspiring, and deeply human. From the very first moment, he had a remarkable ability to make everyone in the room feel at ease, laugh wholeheartedly, and at the same time reflect deeply on our actions and the kind of leaders we strive to be.
He was not only a remarkable colleague but also a beloved friend to many. We will miss him dearly.
