To my mate Phil…
Right at the start… all those years ago you were there as one of my interviewers. You were the person that setup all my systems access, trained me and babysat me for months whilst I found my feet in the business.
I truely appreciated your support and welcome into the world of SBD.
Your intelligence and knowledge was impressive but what really drew me to you was you patience and kindness, people loved being in your company…you were admired by all who met you, a true gent and decent kind human being.
This has been so hard to comprehand! No more Nashy daily banter, chats and coffee catchups, no more conference beers and air guitar, no more fancy dress.
I’m going to miss you mate… I guess heaven needed their angel back… so we had to lose you from this world for now…
Take care pal, see you up there for a Pink Gin at some point in the future. (It’s your round you legend, mine’s a double)
