Chris Fitch-Bonney

Oh Linda!

It’s been a while since I saw you last, but, I always love sharing stories from when we worked together at Warrington.

You were always available for a chat and a bit of banter!  You took practical jokes in the humour they were meant and I loved finding new ways to make you laugh.  Remember when your keyboard spelt Hapy Birthdae (because only one of each letter available), or when I raised you computer up on boxes.  My favourite was a long game joke.  Filling your travel mug with paper and a spring worm to jump out at you when you next brewed up lol.

We conquered Snowden, one day, just because!  You invited Stacey and I to Aintree for Liverpool Day, we, as complete novices cleaned up (on small bets) and you didn’t do too bad either!

Such fond memories!  I have never found a staffroom with such a high quality of people since and genuinely miss our time together.

I loved checking in intermittently and seeing what was occurring with you.  You were always ready to share a fair view – showing great understanding of people.  I will miss you! But my memories will always make me smile.
