Charlotte Daynes

I have struggled to find the words to express the sadness of losing Suzanne. I often called her a diamond when talking about her to people and I stand by that, she was rare, brilliant and deeply valued by those who cared for her. I have been in more than a handful of meetings with people from external organisations to BLC who have said they knew Suzanne from a previous role and would I say hi and send her their best. She was well regarded and remembered by all who worked with her throughout her career.

She was so easy to talk to, caring and supportive. She was just a joy to be around. It’s hard to recall any specific details of all the wonderful conversations I had with her as there were many, her wisdom and intelligence always at the forefront. As well as her love for Justin and her family. They say that often the way a person makes you feel is long remembered after the words said, and I will always remember that after spending time with Suzanne I always had a smile on my face, aches from the belly laughs, and a warmth she so effortlessly radiated. She really was a special person who always went that extra mile for people. I am so glad to have known her.  She will be truly missed and never forgotten.
