Anna Syson

Everyone I have spoken to in the past week has had their own story about how Luke touched our lives, in and out of work. He brought a dry sense of humour, and a compassionate nature. He helped people solve difficult and imporant problems, and he sent me funny Hunsnet memes on Instagram. He was my birthday twin, and someone with whom I could always talk about holidays, normally because we were headed to Terminal 5 on the same day! Seeing his joy in life, in his wedding and marriage, his family, his friends, and pets, was always a pleasure. The messages in this book are a testament to the impact he had in our team, and in our organisation. This will be one small part of what Luke brought to the world and I am so deeply sorry that he couldn’t stay longer to continue to make people feel heard, seen, cared for. He will stay with us because we will talk about him and remember him and try to be even half the professional and humans he was. With much love to Kevin and all of Luke’s family and friends.
