Mrs Davies, you were and always will be a shining star. Your sparkling personality shone through and you touched the lives of everyone you met.
I was looking through emails from our lockdown days this afternoon and the support and encouragement you gave to the children and us home-schooling parents was amazing. We loved your daily videos (along with your sidekick Aiden Turner!) and looked forward to your emails back when the children sent their work in. They were so pleased when they could get back to class and see you, they missed you so much. I am so grateful that my children had the opportunity to be taught and nurtured by you, every child you taught will be better because of you.
You were so kind and supportive to me when I was going through treatment this year and I will always be grateful that you took the time to ask how I was and let me know the children were coping well in spite of everything.
Keep shining bright and when I look at the sky and see that bright star, I will smile and know it’s you.
