I first met Andy in all his giant frame a few months in 2018 in our monthly meeting after joining the Service at the end of 2017. He brought with him snacks to feed the team something I observed was a habit at subsequent team meetings. Waht a gentle giant he turned out to be cracking a few jokes here and there. Like other colleagues have said he was very passionate about his work and he would endevour to pursue all suspected fraud against the council. Andy was unique in every sense of the word. I only knew him for a few years but those will remain priceless memories. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Rest in Peace my Gooner!
