Helen Harlow sadly passed away on Sunday 21st January 2024.
Helen was involved in Scouting across the district and impacted on so many adults and young people’s lives. She was a shining star, and will forever be in our thoughts. Her main role was that of Lead Group Volunteer at 4th Milton Regis (St. Mary’s) Scout Group. She took great pride and joy in her young people and her leadership team, going above and beyond every day to make sure we felt supported, and supported one another.
I am sure many have fond Scouting memories of Helen. From her famous flapjacks, to jelly baby hills, to the fantastic photographs she took. She was a true Scouter who really made sure the young people had the best of adventures in Scouting.
We are hoping this space will provide everyone with a place to share their memories of Helen, and send messages of love, support and condolence to her family, her husband, son and two grandchildren.
