It is with great sadness and a great shock that I learnt this terrible news. I am deeply sorry for Russell’s family. Russel was a great professional, a trusted partner and a man with great sense of customer relationship. I remember how instrumental he was in our BNPP deal, always available to help with a smile, regardless of the endless discussions and ups and downs we experienced during this incredible sales journey. This workshop in London when we had the BNPP crew visiting you, the meetings in Paris during the BNPP meetings and CRM communities, the joy to share drinks and always fun conversations during the Teradata events, the demos of a product of which he was the proud representative. A lot of fond memories that I will cherish more, my sincere condolences to the family.
