I first met Danielle when Ricoh were awarded the off-site printing contract for our Trust. I will never forget her happy “can do attitude” that carried us through the initial project and the rollout throughout the organisation and into everyday business life. Always ready to take on a new challenge, she bridged the operational and technical gap seamlessly. Whilst I am grateful for the time that I knew Danielle, I will miss her greatly.
