Pauline was the very first person that I met at WRAP. She interviewed me for the position of PA support to the HR team just before COVID, so it is in part thanks to her that I am part of the WRAP family. I will always remember, and be forever grateful to, Pauline for that. I had the pleasure of working alongside her for the past two and half years and was always amazed at her dedication, intelligence and passion for her role and for the people at WRAP. Pauline made a huge impact on WRAP, as whole, and on many many people at an inidividual level. She was so supportive and in control at all times, she had a calming presence and a natural way of putting people at ease. It always felt like Pauline was listening. She had time for people and she appreciated them. And we certainly appreciated her. She has left a large hole, but an even bigger legacy at WRAP and she will be missed and not forgotten.
