It is a with sense of profound sadness that I write this message.  Her Majesty The Queen’s passing away is an irreparable loss for our philatelic community as well as for the global community as a whole, which is much poorer on account of her death.  She was a beacon of hope for us and a guide to struggling humanity.  The legacy left behind by the late Queen will continue to inspire people throughout the world.  Also, it remains my sincere hope that with the new King proclaimed, we shall be privileged now, as in the past, by royal guidance and support.
