We spoke almost every week, mostly about football and our shared love of claret & blue, you West Ham me Burnley. It was after the match on Saturday that I realised we hadn’t spoke since Christmas, and I thought something must be wrong. When I was told the news by Debbie today, you had gone, I was in a state of shock. I regarded you as friend rather than just a business associate, I send all my best wishes and prayers to Matt and all the family, your loss is  a million times more than mine. I wish you all peace as you come to terms with it all.
