Sophia and I worked together in the same team and became firm friends outside of work. We met during lunchtimes in the Cafe at County Hall and caught up on each others news. She was so proud when she told me she was going to have a grandchild and I know she gained immense pleasure when Rupert was born. Sophia and I went out for drinks some evenings and had a great time at the Belfry Hotel when we had a weekend away. She was always immaculate – hair and clothes never out of place. She was as beautiful inside as she was outside and she became my trusted friend. I miss her so much and think about her and there are times when all I want to do is text or phone her.
