So sorry to hear that Melissa is no longer with us.  No one that worked with or met Melissa can be under any doubt that Melissa was the kindest and most compassionate person and was so very good at her job as well making a very real difference for patients and their families.  Lincolnshire NHS is an emptier place without her.  Please may I offer my condolences to all Melissa’s family and friends.  My thoughts are with you at this sad time.
