My deepest condolences to everybody suffering with Matthew’s loss – my thoughts are with you all.

Cromer was a great guy, one of the most genuine people I have ever met. My lasting memories will probably be of 5AM stock takes and playing Xbox in the break room, he could make your day just by being there. His priority was always to make sure that everybody was OK – he often pulled me aside and asked me to check-in with colleagues when he felt they needed support.

I was in Duke St at Christmas, I only spoke with Matthew for a few minutes – but all he wanted to talk about was his family.
