We were so very shocked and saddened to hear that Anne had passed away. Anne was our family finding social worker and it is because of Anne that we have our wonderful son. We were truly blessed to have Anne as our family finding social worker, and she literally went the extra mile for us. The journey from being linked with our son, to finally meeting him and bringing him home, was a very special and exciting time and Anne was such a big part of that. She was always so helpful, kind and supportive and went out of her way to make sure our experience, and that of our son, was as smooth and easy as possible. It is because of Anne that our jounery was such a positive and happy one. She was more like a friend to us, and not just a social worker. Anne was one of those uniqiue people you meet who impacts your life. She talked about her husband and children and it was obvious how proud she was of them. She was a truly wonderful person and so perfect for the role of family finding social worker. 

Anne, we will never forget you. We know that you wanted the best for our son, and we will tell him, when he is older, how special you were and how we are a family because of you.
