Mum you have left us with so many memories over the years but one that springs to mind right now is our day out on the steam train. You bought it for Barry for his 40th birthday. We couldn’t have known when we booked it but it was the hottest day of the year. Not the best on a steam train but we had a lovely time and the boys loved you sitting between them helping them with their lunch. While we enjoyed fish and chips. 

That evening you babysat the boys while we went to the Cinema. It must have been all the steam or the hot air but the boys would not go to sleep that night. We left you trying to get Buddy to sleep. While at the cinema we kept checking the camera and when Buddy still wasn’t in his bed at 9.30pm we called you. There was no answer so we decided to ditch the film and head home early. You were sooooo cross with us for leaving early! Especially as he finally went off to sleep at 9.45pm!
