I feel so sad that we have lost such a kind, calm, caring and professional colleague and can only imagine how much greater the gap will be for Am’s family.  Every interaction I had with Am left me feeling reassured and confident that I had been heard and that there would be a solution for the charity need I presented.  Remembering Am with fondness and respect – and sending heartfelt good wishes to those closest to her.  What a loss.  But what a life well lived – so glad to have shared it.
