Having first worked with Jo in 2012 when I moved to the Liver Building I always knew she would make an excellent leader within the organisation.  Jo was not only intellligent, determined and focused but also friendly and always approachable.  Jo became the brilliant manager we knew she would be and Jo would always be there for any queries no matter how small or trivial they would seem.  Jo always took time to get to know colleagues and would always make herself available at short notice.  The loss of Jo is a blow to the organisation and she will be sorely missed as a colleague, manager and friend.  My deepest symptahy to all of Jo’s family and my heartfelt condolences to all those close to Jo.
