Having worked with Gavin during my previous time within Express Dairies, it was a pleasant surprise to see Gavin again when I joined Arla Foods in 2018. 

Despite the time that had lapsed, he was still the friendly Gavin that I had come to know and on the few occasions I dealt with him, he was a pleasure to work with.
