Dear Eleanor, Phoebe and Lucie, please accept my deepest condolence for your loss. Tony was not only a colleague but a mentor to me. I had the privilege to learn a lot form him and I will always be thankful for this time. He will be greatly missed throughout Hitachi. It was always a pleasure to meet him personally in Germany. 

It is never the right time, it is never the right day, it is never all said, it is always too early! And yet there are memories, thoughts, feelings, beautiful hours, moments that remain unique and unforgotten. These moments are to hold, to capture and to keep in the heart.
