There are no words to describe the heartbreak we have all felt over the passing of a truly selfless, generous and kind individual.

Whenever Shane was around, you couldn’t be anything but happy. His cheeky smile and infectious laugh filled every room and I can’t help but smile when I look back on our memories. 

Thank you for having a heart of gold and always looking out for me. You supported me throughout my journey and always had my back. You provided me help and guidance from day one and supported my career at at all occasions. You pushed me in Chessington to be the best I could be and gave me advice on Lidl life and how best to run with it from all angles. You supported me in running my first ‘corner shop’ and came to fix my blackouts in store when I was completing paperwork with my phone torch. You were so proud of me when I achieved my Area Manager position and that was so selfless. We talked about your dreams of moving on from Chessington and I’m so happy that I was able to see you transform your dreams into a reality and achieve your Area Manager contract. You were so proud of your achievements and they were so thoroughly well deserved. 

We all miss you incredibly, but your legacy lives on. You impacted more lives than you know. I will be forever grateful for knowing you, and having the blessing of working alongside you. You, and your infectious laugh, will always be remembered.
