I have worked with Pat for over 15years in the Manchester team and was incredibly shocked and saddened at the devasting news we received the week before Christmas.

Pat was someone who you knew would have the answer if you had a query and would find a way if you needed help – and someone who you knew would give you feedback if you hadn’t done it right!

One of the things we’ve all missed working from home during the pandemic is the banter in the office and Pat was very much at the centre of much of that – she has been at the heart of the office for many years and we will miss her and all her stories. Pat-you should have written that book!

Our thoughts are with all her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
