I first met James when Tirnanog done the First Biggest Loser when I had the privilege of being in the same group as James and his lovely mum Louise.  We remained good friends as well as James being my partner in crime in coaching the underage camogs. There is so much I would like to say but would take too long. James you will be sorely missed firstly by your family and also by all of the club.  I still can’t believe it – TNN will definitely not be the same without you. Rest easy buddy and hope there is an ice cream cart up there.
