I’m so sad to hear of Joe’s passing. Joe was always so helpful and cheery. Nothing was too much trouble, he’d always find a way to sort things out. I appreciated his patience – he didn’t mind at all me not knowing what power I needed and where two days before a big event on campus!Even when I didn’t need his expertise, it was always a pleasure to bump into him and catch up. He seemed to know pretty much everyone he walked past, and made time to say hello with the biggest of smiles.

Joe was a credit to Queen Mary and our community, and he will be sorely missed by everyone he supported.
