Theresa I genuinely couldn’t take in the news and I still can’t – you were fantastic, enthusiastic and a breath of fresh air around this business. I will forever remember your infectiously positive attitude and how likeable and approachable you were. You were truly respected by clients, and I have fond memories of being in London with you for service reviews/client forums, talking about how you wanted to grow your career and how you had many aspirations.
