Ben, I never had the pleasure of meeting you, but it was clear you were a very significant part of the specialised care team. You were the first person I met when I joined and you were so kind and welcoming. Whenever I needed support you were there to offer it. I looked back at our last conversation and you said to me ‘I order you to take 5/10 minutes, make a cuppa and chill for a bit, I said so!” You were such a kind soul and your absence is so dearly missed.
