Dev, my amazing special little brother…

There are no words to describe the pain and loss we have all been feeling since you left… I have so many wonderful memories of our time with you, and when I think of you, your cheeky grin, I am reminded of how lucky we are to have had you in our lives, albeit for far too short a time. 

You have always been there for us, spreading your love and warmth wherever you went and taking time to make everyone feel special.

I will miss our evening swims, games nights, badminton sessions and more recently our colour chart banter and your chess games with M. 

You have made such a positive impact on so many people and your absence will be felt by us all forever, but we will continue to share our stories about you and keep your memory alive. 

Thank you for always looking out for me, for making Mayush feel so welcome, for looking after our elders and for being you; always happy and positive, cheeky and funny, caring yet playful, and the life and soul of every party. 

I will miss you dearly but I hope your soul is at rest now and I know you will be smiling down on us and watching over us.
