I am truely shocked to hear that we have lost Francis – I have known him many years and he was a an fantastic colleague and friend.  His work and commitment to compassion was amazing. I will miss our lunchtime coaching sessions that we held together at Bluewater.  The world has lost a fantastic person and heaven has just gained one of the very best.  Rest in peace my friend.
