Elaine and I have wonderful memories of Don. I played for the Cock & Bottle Cricket team and we spent many nights in there celebrating, good times never to be forgotten. My favourite memory is of Elaine going into labour during an evening game on the Knavesmire, we finished the game and went back to the pub and took part in the quiz before going to Hospital at closing time. It is the only time I have seen Don flustered, he was terrified Elaine was going to give birth in the Pub. He will be sadly missed, a true gentleman.
