James McVeigh

James. One of the finest GAA men (and human beings) I ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. Your kindness and generosity of spirit were unparalleled. All ages, all codes and especially the kids. Nothing was ever too much. You had a vision for our club and put structures into place to help facilitate success. You delivered on so many levels. Every aspect of the GAA – promoting Irish language, culture, all codes. You embraced the true spirit of what it meant to be a Gael and indoctrinated our youth. Your passing is shocking but we will never forget what you did and how you made us feel. I will miss our chats and the craic in the junior hurling groupchat. Your family will look back on your many achievements in Belfast, England and Randalstown and I hope that brings some comfort. God rest your soul. GRMA
