I was extremely saddened to hear of Caroline’s passing. There are many of us in the Herts for Learning Early Years team who will remember Caroline for her straight talking and good sense of humour. Her collaborative approach supported a very succcessful Children’s Centre Improvement partner programme. Before my work in the Early Years team I personally knew Caroline as the leader of the Beaver group my son attended. She had such patience and control with the children but always had their fun and enjoyment at the heart of her work. Her cheerful manner and smile always radiated throughout.  It was an absolute priviledge to have known her.
