Dibs has been part of the Stevens family for over 35years, right back from when my younger brother Stevo started playing football with him.

Dibs has always been able to brighten any room and his laugh and love of life was infectious.

I don’t know his family, but he always spoke of them with immense pride, love and affection whenever I was lucky enough to see him
