I knew Louise’s voice better than I knew Louise. That steady, calm, reliable, always cheerful voice saying hello in my earpiece before every live show. It’s been part of the pre show ritual ever since I joined the Watches and it will be deeply missed. Louise was a huge part of the glue that kept the shows together. Highly skilled, completely dependable, massively appreciated, kind, considerate and liked by everyone. It is with huge sadness to think that her familiar voice will no longer be part of the team. We are all so shocked by this devastating news and I have a very heavy heart writing this.
