I was so very sorry to hear of this.  I worked with Gill for many years at Shelton and know how much she loved her job.  Always a professional on reception, welcoming and a cheery disposition: a first class ‘meet & greet’ to all and a credit to Severn Trent.  We had some good laughs together and I will miss her.
