It is strange not having Andy at the wheel in Legal Enforcement – a significant amount of highly valued experience and knowledge have disappeared with his passing. In my 18 years working here, I have never met such a well-versed and eloquent speaker – it was something that I always quietly admired about him. I hold dear my memories of the guidance he gave me over the years – I will remember his quality for a long time to come.
