Mel A.Harding (1963-2021)
My big cousin Peter I was at an absolute loss for words when I heard the news and my heart continues to ache for your wife and children as well as your mom and sisters and all those whose lives you’ve impacted.
It’s been a very long time since I was last in Barbados and we had a chance to see one another but my memories as a child still remembers how happy and full of joy you always were. I remember you smiling all the time and how much you loved working out and emphasized showing off your physique and I also remember seeing how much love both you and Denise had for one another and happy you both were to be new parents. You were always kind and loving to me when I visited and I’m forever thankful for that.
I never imagined when I would eventually get back to Barbados that I wouldn’t be able to see you and have the joy of catching up with you on so many lost years as well as you getting to meet the love’s of my life my wife Janet and our son Jax. I will always be sadden by this but I know in my heart that you are at peace even though so many of us are in pain. This just shows the impact that you had on so many and your memory will always remain as long as we are here.
My condolences to Denise, Jermaine, Jamar, My Auntie Hy, Your sisters Ann, Sonia, Deborah, Marina and all those who loved you.
