While I only had the chance to meet Lee on a few occasions – I can vividly recall the candor, professionalism and wit he had when discussing our business. Naturally instilling confidence in his work and delivered with great humour. He is clearly a role model for so many colleagues he has worked with over his time at Sainsbury’s and I hope the lasting legacy he leaves with us all will be of some small comfort for his family to know their husband & father was regarded as such a special leader and greatly valued member of our team.
