Caroline was a calm and supportive colleague, always ready to lend a hand and the fount of much practical wisdom.  More than that, she was a loyal friend with a brilliant sense of humour and a hearty laugh.  Whilst it is so incredibly sad to lose her, I will treasure the memories.
