I have known Rod for all the years that he’s been with IDC. From the first moment, it was clear that here was a very special human being. His warmth, his energy, his enthusiasm and his intelligence was just contagious and inspiring. I always enjoyed our conversations and he could really crack me up with his sense of humour. Rod was quite unique in that he could just as well have been an analyst as in sales. In fact, he could have given quite a good few analysts a run for their money. But what was also so special about him was that he was such a kind, helpful and just plain nice person too. Always ready to support and provide great insight. He will be sorely missed but hopefully his loved ones will find some solace in the fact that he was so loved by so many. The world has truly lost a wonderful person. I’ll miss you, dear Rod.
