Andy, I am so sorry you never got the chance to enjoy your retirement. I know you had such lovely plans.  It was a real pleasure working with you over the years.  Our paths crossed a few times, we had such fun with Lawrence and Melita back in 1993/94, they kept you on your toes.  Times were tough sometimes when the pressure was on us to meet targets that appeared to be unachievable, but you always had a smile and you always managed to chivvy us up and encourage us to look outside the box to achieve them. This was the longest spell i have had working with you and thngs hadn’t changed, you encouraged us with a smile to do our best.  Your journey has left a mark with so many people, I’ll miss you x
